Hassle-Free Product Return Policy
At Steelofy, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience. We understand that occasionally, you may need to return a product. Therefore, we have implemented a hassle-free product return policy to ensure your satisfaction.

Products Return Period
Products can be returned within 7 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. It should also include all accessories, manuals, and any other items that came with the product.

Exchange for Damaged Products
In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged product, we offer the option to exchange it for the same or a different product, subject to availability. Please contact our customer support team within the 7-day return period to initiate the exchange process.

Variation in Product Colour and Non-Liking Returns
We make every effort to display product images on our website as accurately as possible. However, please note that product colours may slightly vary due to differences in screen resolutions and lighting conditions. In case you decide to return a product due to non-liking, a 15% deduction from the billing amount will be applied to cover postage and courier charges.

Refund Process
Once we receive the returned product and it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund within 7 days. The refund will be issued in the same payment method used during the original purchase. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Customized Products
Please be aware that custom-made or personalised products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged. We encourage you to review and verify all customization details before placing your order.

  • Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product to request a return.
  • Provide the order number, product details, and reason for the return.
  • Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, including providing you with a return shipping label if necessary.
  • Pack the product securely in its original packaging, along with all accessories and documentation.
  • Ship the product back to our designated return address using the provided shipping label (if applicable) or your preferred shipping method.
  • Once we receive the returned product and verify its eligibility, we will process your refund or exchange accordingly.
  • Please note that the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product.

Exceptions
There may be certain products or categories that are excluded from our general return policy. Such exceptions will be clearly indicated on the product page. Additionally, if a product is received in a condition that renders it ineligible for return (e.g., used, damaged, missing parts), we reserve the right to refuse the return or deduct a restocking fee from the refund amount.

Cancellation of Orders
